Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2017

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

2017 Ontario Sunshine List: International Trade Top Earners

Topping the list for the International Trade was Assistant Deputy Minister, International Trade Programs / Sous-ministre adjoint, Division des programmes de commerce international Cameron Sinclair, who brought home $180,793.20 in 2016.

Following Cameron Sinclair was Deputy Minister Shirley Phillips, with annual earnings of $180,093.01. Director, Special Projects for the Ontario 150 Initiative / Directeur, projets spéciaux pour le Secrétariat de l'initiative Ontario150 Dino Rocca made $145,097.59, Director, International Missions / Directrice, missions internationales Terrie Romano made $137,238.11, and Assistant Deputy Minister, International Trade Policy and Representation / Sous-ministre adjoint, Politiques en matière de commerce international et représentation à l'étranger David Barnes round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $136,988.29 for the International Trade 2017 Sunshine List.
